What we are — and what we aren’t
We are not a paver contractor. We don’t install, seal, or repair anything ourselves, and we don’t take a cut of your project price. We’re a Florida-based web publisher that builds useful local guides and refers serious homeowners to good local companies. Contractors may pay us a referral fee for those introductions — that fee never comes out of your pocket and never changes your price. More detail on our how we make money page.
How we vet contractors
Before we refer anyone, we check for an active Florida license where required, proof of insurance, an established local track record, and a pattern of solid reviews. If homeowners tell us a contractor was unresponsive or unprofessional, we stop referring them. Our referrals are only worth something if they’re good.
